1.  Return/Exchange Process

 

Return Period:We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Free Exchange: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase but still see something you love in our collection, we're here to help! Exchange your item for free within [30 days] and find the perfect fit.


Return Shipping:


Return postage costs depend on the logistics provider you choose. 


At present, we have no restrictions on the choice of logistics provider, you can choose the logistics provider according to your own needs, and refer to the cost of the logistics provider.


For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


For returns due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

2.  Refunds

 

Refund Process: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed. We will aim to process all approved refunds within 48 business hours of receiving the item.

 

Refund Method: The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.


For credit/debit card payments: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.


For PayPal payments: Refunds are typically completed within 1-2 business days.

 

Non-refundable Items:


We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.


Items without their original tags or packaging cannot be returned.


Items sent as a replacement for an exchange are not eligible for a second return or refund, unless they are defective upon arrival.

 

Order Cancellation:

 

You can request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, please contact us at Support@ifamilybuy.com.


We cannot accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped. However, you can still return the package for a refund once you receive it, in accordance with our return policy.
